Founder and Medical Director

Mary Dealy is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of clinical experience — including work in leading Boston hospitals and 9 years as a Medical Aesthetics and Wellness Provider


As the founder and Medical Director of BeautyEtc Medical Aesthetics and Wellness in Medfield, Massachusetts, Mary brings a level of clinical depth that is rare in the aesthetics space.


Her approach goes beyond injectables and skin care. Mary has completed advanced training in Longevity Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine — integrating hormone health, gut health, cortisol, and functional lab testing into a truly comprehensive model of care.


She believes that how you look and how you feel are the same conversation — and that every patient deserves a provider who is looking at the whole picture.

Lead Medical Esthetician

Clare Dealy is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and from a young age has loved all things skin and skin care. She grew up in Medfield, MA and after graduating from Denison University pursued her passion for skin health and making others feel beautiful and confident.


As an expert in the science of skin and passionate about teaching clients how to achieve the complexion of their dreams.

    Clare understands that the integrity of the skin is maintained by a curated home care regimen paired with carefully selected in-room treatments. Whether it’s concerns of anti-aging, acne or hyperpigmentation, she has seen significant transformation with her clients after undergoing the treatments offered here at Beauty Skin Clinic.


    Clare enjoys building relationships with clients and tailoring comprehensive treatment plans to address their skin concerns. She takes great care in making sure her clients feel relaxed and confident in their complexion after leaving their appointments.
